Since this program started I’ve felt a lot happier and more motivated to do more in my daily life.
I now look in the mirror and see changes from what my body used to look like and how it does now.
I can now work out for longer and go for longer walks because my fitness is a lot better than it was 2 months ago.
I feel healthier and my appetite has changed so much that I am now eating smaller meals and watching my diet.
Some days however my motivation lacks to get up and go to the gym but when that happens I make sure I eat as healthy as possible so I don’t lose any gains I achieved from exercise.
If I don’t go to the gym I go for a walk instead but like everyone you have good days and bad days and all you can do is try and turn those bad days into a positive.
My gym attendance has gone up because I have a lot of people in my corner especially my PT Michael. Whether I’ve had a bad week or what not he is always there to push me and get me on track to success.
To sum it up I have learned that adding exercise into your life can change how you think and feel not just physically but mentally and it doesn’t take much to start. Exercise has changed my life for the better.
