This homemade froyo (frozen yoghurt) will be your new favourite treat. Packed with probiotics, which are beneficial gut bacteria to help boost immunity.
- 500g frozen strawberries
- 2 tb desired sweetener
- 1 fresh lime, squeezed
- 250g natural Greek yoghurt
- a handful of mint leaves
Tip: Greek yoghurt has up to twice as much protein as plain or natural yoghurt, making it a satisfying snack option.
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until creamy (2-3 minutes).
- Serve immediately as a soft serve or transfer to baking tin lined with baking paper and freeze overnight.
- Remove roughly 15 minutes prior to serving.
